RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY


Returns can be made up to 10 days after the processed order ships to you for a store credit. If you would like to return your merchandise purchased on Shopcanaryblu.com, please follow the return instructions below. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or would like to exchange, you may return it to us but please note Canary Blu is not responsible for any return shipping costs and you will receive an email with a credit code to use via Canary Blu's website for the exact amount of your purchase. Credit codes are non transferable and should only be used for your return. Please be mindful, if your code provided is used by someone other than yourself that credit will be applied to that purchase and another one will not be issued. All returns must be within 10 business days of the purchase date and all items must be unworn and in its original packaging with tags (If Apparel).

 

If you would like to make your return by mail:

 

Securely pack your merchandise, being sure to include the invoice/packing slip and your contact information. Ship your package via US Postal Service or any other mail carrier. We will process your return within 10 days of receipt and issue you a store credit. If you provide us your email address, we will notify you via email when your return has been received and processed.
