LOST/STOLEN/NOT RECEIVED ITEMS


Once your package has been shipped a valid tracking number will be provided to you via email.  You may check your packages journey on USPS.COM until it is delivered to your door step.  If for ANY reason your package does not make it or is stolen/ lost in U.S mail Canary Blu is not responsible.  Once a package shows it has been scanned in to the USPS system the responsibility then lies on USPS to care for and deliver your merchandise.  If you do not receive your merchandise or miss the delivery please contact USPS.COM or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking number that was provided to you and they will further assist you in retrieving your merchandise or filing a claim. All orders include $50.00 insurance at no additional cost.
