I Need To Change Something On My Order. How Can I Do That?

Unfortunately once your order is processed there are no changes that can be made to your order, however you may return your item for a refund once your package arrives.Processing fees and shipping will be left up to you, once shipment is received a full refund will be credited to you. We generally process orders within 6-12 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.   

I Just Placed My Order.  Can I Add Another Item To It?

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item. 

Can I Return Or Exchange Items That Were Purchased On Sale?

Sale Items are all Final Purchases

When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

As soon as you place an order you should receive an order confirmation email, once your order ships, you will receive a second email notification to the email address you entered on your order. If you do not receive an email confirmation then you may contact orders@shopcanaryblu.com with the details of when you placed the order..
